Yes, Tarrison's effect will still trigger. While Curse of Threes is still an active crew member when on top of an opponents' deck, the Curse of Threes does not count as being apart of the crew of either player. Attacking Wolfs Cry will not allow you to draw a card at the end of your turn, however if you have Tarrison as the only active crew member you will still roll for Tarrison's effect, and if you roll a 4, 5, 6 you will draw one card from this effect.
